Palboxx Oversize Plastic Rigid Pallet Box
The Palboxx Oversize Rigid Pallet Box is built for maximum capacity and durability in demanding commercial and industrial environments. With a substantial internal volume of 1120 litres, it’s ideal for storing or transporting bulky items, waste materials, or high-volume goods.
Manufactured from strong virgin polypropylene (PP), this oversized box features external dimensions of 1200mm x 1000mm x 1200mm and a dynamic load capacity of 1500kg. The 3-runner base offers solid support for forklift or pallet truck handling, and the 4000kg static load rating ensures safe stacking.
Supplied in grey, this container is compatible with an optional lid to protect contents from dust, moisture, and contamination. Perfect for logistics, food production, recycling, or general manufacturing operations requiring extra capacity.

This varies depending on the quantity purchased and the type of product required. Small orders generally take 2-4 weeks whilst larger orders will take on average between 6-12 weeks. We will provide specific details of this when we deal with your enquiry. If you have a specific timescale to work to then we can often accommodate this for you.
Yes we can supply our products to any country in the world as long as our delivery service is able to service those countries.
First orders require payment via proforma invoice. If you wish to become a regular customer then we will open a 30-day nett account for you, subject to terms and conditions.
This depends on the application and usage, typically our reusable wraps will last for over 1000 uses under normal circumstances, and our PVC covers are expected to last many years both inside and outside as the fabric is UV stabilised.

Yes many of our products can be repaired which makes them economical and sustainable.
Yes, if you can supply the current cost of your shrink wrap per pallet and the quantity of pallets that you wrap, we can work out the ROI for using an alternative product which will be reusable.
Yes we work with specialist recycling companies who can recycle all our products made from a variety of fabrics. We can also work with you to produce products which are easily recyclable through your own recycling channels.
Yes most of our clients work with us because we have the capability to create virtually any style of reusable goods protection product, ranging from specialist straps right through to high specification insulated covers with a huge amount of product options in between.
