Fireproof Stillage Liners
Fyashield fireproof stillage liners are purpose-built for the safe storage and containment of lithium-ion batteries and other flammable materials. Designed to fit securely inside metal cages or stillages, these liners offer enhanced fire safety in warehouses, distribution centres, and production environments.
Constructed from high-performance fabrics tested to the DIN SPEC 91489:2024-11 standard, each liner is engineered to withstand operating temperatures exceeding 1,000°C. All seams are reinforced with stainless steel and Kevlar stitching, preserving the mechanical integrity of the liner even under extreme thermal stress.
The liner fabric offers strong resistance to cuts, oils, and chemicals, making it suitable for demanding industrial use. A reinforced lid with a built-in stainless steel plate provides added containment in the event of a battery fire or thermal runaway incident.
