What products do you offer?
We specialise in reusable packaging and protection products for logistics, warehousing, and transportation. Our main product lines include pallet wraps, roll cage doors, padded protection covers, fire suppression items, rigid and folding pallet boxes, and accessories such as straps and sacks.

 

Can your covers and wraps be reused?
Yes. All our core products are designed to be durable and reusable. Whether you’re using a Palwrap, padded furniture cover or PVC pallet cover, you can expect long-term performance that reduces your reliance on single-use plastics.

 

What sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of standard sizes suitable for UK and Euro pallets, roll cages, stillages and more. Many items are also available in custom sizes—just let us know your measurements and we’ll tailor a solution.

 

Are your fire protection products certified?
Yes. Our Fyashield range, including pallet covers, cage liners and granules, is manufactured using materials that conform to the DIN SPEC 91489:2024-11 standard. This ensures the highest levels of thermal resistance, mechanical stability, and fire suppression performance.

Can I add my company branding to the products?
Absolutely. Most of our products can be customised with your company logo and colours. This includes pallet covers, straps, roll cage doors, and more. Branding helps support internal organisation, enhances your visibility, and promotes professionalism during deliveries.

 

What colour options do you offer?
Colour availability varies by product. Many of our wraps, covers, and bags are available in a choice of up to 16 colours. Some products also use colour-coding to help distinguish sizes or uses within a warehouse or delivery operation.

 

Can you design bespoke solutions for unusual equipment or storage needs?
Yes. We regularly create custom items for non-standard applications such as fireproof machinery covers, e-bike fire blanket storage, and oversized pallet containers. If you’ve got a particular challenge, we can help design a practical, safe solution.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website or by contacting our sales team by phone or email. If you require a quote for large or bespoke orders, we’re happy to provide that as well.

 

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We have no strict minimum order quantity for most items. However, for custom-branded or made-to-measure products, we may set a minimum based on production requirements. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

 

What are your lead times?
Lead times depend on the product and whether it’s standard or bespoke. Many of our core products are held in stock and available for quick dispatch. Customised items typically require a longer lead time, which we’ll confirm at the point of order.

 

Do you offer international shipping?
We primarily serve customers across the UK, but we can arrange delivery to international locations on request. Please contact us for a shipping quote and lead time.

Can your products be used outdoors?
Yes. Many of our products are waterproof and weather-resistant, including pallet covers, roll cage doors, and fireproof solutions. If you’re unsure which version is right for external use, just ask and we’ll advise accordingly.

 

Are your products safe for use in fire-risk environments?
Our Fyashield fire protection range is specifically designed for high-risk environments such as battery storage, distribution centres, and vehicle charging zones. Products are heat-resistant above 1,000°C and use materials tested to DIN SPEC standards.

 

Do your straps and wraps damage packaging?
No. Our reusable Palstraps and Palstretch bands are designed to provide secure load restraint without damaging packaging. They apply firm but gentle pressure and allow clear visibility of any labelling.

 

How are your fire suppression granules used?
Fyashield granules are poured directly over a fire to rapidly suppress flames and prevent re-ignition. They are non-toxic, environmentally safe, and come in both 12kg and 320kg containers depending on your operational requirements.

How do your products help reduce plastic waste?
Our reusable products replace single-use pallet wrap and packaging, significantly cutting down on plastic waste in warehouse and transport operations. This helps customers meet internal sustainability targets and comply with regulations like the Plastic Packaging Tax.

 

Are your products recyclable?
Many of our products are made from recyclable materials such as HDPE, PP, and rubber. We encourage customers to return items at the end of their life cycle for proper recycling where possible.

 

Can your products help with EPR compliance?
Yes. Our reusable packaging solutions can support your business’s compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations by reducing packaging volume, reusability rates, and waste costs.

Who are your typical customers?

Do you supply to public sector or government clients?

Can I use your products for lithium-ion battery storage and transport?
Yes. Our Fyashield fire blankets, liners, and covers are specifically designed for safe storage and handling of lithium-ion batteries. These products are used by EV fleets, scooter and bike manufacturers, and warehouse operators with high fire safety requirements.

How long do your reusable products last?
That depends on the product and how it’s used. Many of our wraps, covers, and straps are used daily over many years. Items like fireproof blankets and granules should be inspected periodically and replaced if damaged or used in an incident.

 

Do you offer repairs?
While we don’t currently offer a formal repair service, some of our items may be suitable for simple repairs depending on the material. For guidance on maintaining product life, please contact us.

 

How should I store unused covers and wraps?
Products should be stored in a dry, clean environment, away from sharp objects or corrosive chemicals. Fire protection items should be kept in designated areas with clear signage and in their supplied bags or boxes.
